“My first experience with Four Points Remodeling was in 2007 when Missy and Jim did a full remodel on my kitchen. They were a pleasure to work with and I was very satisfied with the result. So naturally when I decided I wanted the countertops and backsplash replaced, Four Points was my first choice to call. I was disappointed initially to learn that Missy and Jim were not associated with the business any longer, but am not at all disappointed in the work that was done. I love my new kitchen - it's bright and clean looking and I couldn't be happier. Brian, the project manager was so informative, I always knew what to expect. He went above and beyond helping and advising. I can't thank him enough. Also, all the people brought in to do the work - George, Steve, Paco, the plumbers and the "tile guy" (Alex?). Last year they did a total rip-off and replacement of our Florida room exterior including 3 windows, a door, and siding. Lastly they did a 5x5 vestibule and a custom bench with 2 sliding barn-door doors. “Todd Jones and crew did a real nice job transforming our Webster village home with a new roof, windows and siding. Todd was the only one of three or four contractors we inquired with to actually create a professional written estimate, complete with a break down of costs, insurance information, and referrals. His price was fair, the quality of materials good, and his willingness to make fair adjustments was appreciated! When they removed our old cedar siding they found a substantial amount of rotted wood; and they repaired what looked like could cost a ton more for very minimal extra expenditure....and In the end came very close to their initial estimate. There were some mistakes and delays; some were due to genuine mistakes by the crew. Some were due to the hold ups of the quarantine shut downs. Both were expected with a job of this size...because we are human. When we ran into problems, Todd was conscientious and reasonable in dealing with the issues as they arose. In the end, I found them pleasant and accommodating, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Todd Jones Custom Construction to my friends in Webster!Services: Roof repair“
“Bob installed a beautiful black aluminum fence around our pool this Fall. I did feel that I had to nag him a bit to stay on top of communication, but once he had the fence on hand, he had it installed and completed within a few days. It turned out perfect! Our lines are perfectly straight and level the entire way around.“
