The Paone Flooring Company
“I can’t say enough great things about PerfectStep Flooring Solutions and Justin’s team! I live in Florida and needed new flooring done in my mom’s house in Rochester, NY, which I thought would be stressful managing from out of state—but Justin made the entire process incredibly easy.
From the very first phone call, he was professional, responsive, and transparent. He handled everything over the phone, kept me updated every step of the way, and made me feel completely comfortable trusting him with the project. The communication was excellent, and there were no surprises.
The finished floors look absolutely beautiful, and my mom is beyond happy with the results. The quality of work and attention to detail really show. It’s rare to find a company that makes things this seamless, especially from a distance.
Highly recommend Justin and PerfectStep Flooring Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and top-quality flooring company. Truly a 5-star experience! ★★★★★”
