203 Cedar Grove Rd, Selkirk“My ancient oil boiler finally died right at the beginning of heating season. My house was freezing cold, and I needed help immediately. When I asked my friends for a good installer/repairperson, C&M Mechanical came highly recommended by everyone, and I can see why. They came out to my home quickly, gave me a fair quote on a brand new propane system, and didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need. They were able to install my system promptly and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my new system to me. They even left my basement looking cleaner than they'd found it! C & M came out again when one of my zones wasn't heating properly, and discovered the cause was a faulty thermostat, which they replaced for me on site. If you want reliable, honest, friendly service, look no further... I can't say enough good things about this family business ?“

455 South St, Rensselaer“Most plumbing shops in the capital region use what's called book time when they bid jobs. That's how you end up paying some guy $1,000 to change your toilet. Whites is one of the last shops that still does time and material and their labor rate is between 100 and $115 an hour. A lot of unlicensed plumbers are charging $150 to $200 an hour. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion from Dwight's before you have any Plumbing work done and make sure that your plumber is actually licensed In the area that you live, especially Albany. I see so many plumbing trucks that are lettered with a company name yet have passenger car license plates instead of commercial license plates.“
“They are a family run company that has had a long standing reputation of putting their customers first.“

I recommend this family business.“
