I have to start off by saying Dans heating are some of the friendliest people around. I didn't give 5 stars due to an issue I had. The issue is that YOU HAVE to verify what they are going to charge you for showing up before they come out. Obviously you won't know the parts and labor up front but just to show up their seemed to be some hidden charges. I called first thing in the morning and they said they had an opening and would be out late morning. Never was I told that this was considered an after hours/emergency call. It was a weekday at 9 am.
