He came on Thursday night, the night I called, which was one of the coldest nights of the year and installed a new heating system in a day. Whites is one of the last shops that still does time and material and their labor rate is between 100 and $115 an hour. A lot of unlicensed plumbers are charging $150 to $200 an hour. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion from Dwight's before you have any Plumbing work done and make sure that your plumber is actually licensed In the area that you live, especially Albany. I see so many plumbing trucks that are lettered with a company name yet have passenger car license plates instead of commercial license plates.“
