I have reserved makeup services for my mother, it was her birthday and we were having professional photos taken. Talia, the makeup artist, with such a delight and a pleasure to be serviced by. We shared such candor and with no issue we tried and bought everything, and she was quick and her skills were on point. Most importantly my mother was so satisfied with her results.
On a recent visit to the Ulta Beauty in Niskayuna there was an item out of stock on the shelves. When I went to check out I received a very friendly greeting from Gabby who asked if I found everything I was looking for. When I mentioned the out of stock item she offered to go in the back and double check to see if there were anymore. In this super busy world we live in where a lot of people do not take the time to be helpful, I thought it was refreshing for someone to show that type of care and customer service. I really appreciated her efforts and she is the reason I am leaving this review.
