I like the people and they do good work. I've never had much luck with the online reservations though. Every time I've made an online reservation I've had to wait between 30 minutes and an hour. It's basically the same as walk-in. I suppose it's a good idea to reserve if you're getting a perm and a fancy hair styling.
Ebony is a great, nice stylist. I travel a bit further for a haircut after she moved to a different location

Stylist: Gardenia was wonderful. This is the second or third time she had cut my hair and I love it. I actually waited a bit to come back to get a haircut as she was on maternity leave!
