The studio has a strong commitment to accessibility, accommodating physical limitations and offering classes that cater to different needs. The instructors are experienced in helping clients with specific issues, such as back problems, and have received positive feedback from clients who have seen improvements in their health.
Love this place the classes are great. The instructors are amazing. The only thing that would make this place better is if they had more reformer Pilates classes available as they book up super fast.
This studio is beyond words a beautiful space and community that lends far beyond a contemporary, clean and beautifully designed niche fitness space. The classes are varied and designed to provide options for all levels of fitness and health. The instructors are as kind and welcoming as they are skilled and knowledgeable in their craft! Michelle has offered something that truly cannot be found elsewhere and created an environment that is designed for her students and clientele as well as instructors to thrive. My husband (who has never done pilates in his life) and I had a session with Michelle today. All I can say is it was nothing short of amazing. My husband has been struggling with back issues and has had no benefit from PT or Chiropractic. He said after one session with Michelle doing Pilates he felt better than he has in months. She is amazing and the studio is beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend!!!
