“I’ve been taking Pilates classes and trios since Studio 4 first opened. Each week I am challenged and Traci is the best there is. When pregnant I made it to 38 weeks in my trio and no doubt in my mind it gave my body the strength it would need in recovery. Michelle runs an excellent spot here!”
“Nice relaxing atmosphere. Friendly patrons and the owner is always around to help. Particularly good for indoor racquet sports.”
