Diagnosis of gas stove revealed parts no longer available. Dishwasher control board ordered and replaced. Kevin was timely and thorough. Diagnostic pricing was very fair. Overall an excellent experience. KB's Appliance is solid. I highly recommend them.
Excellent service communication punctuality and honesty Kevin is a person of his word very hard to find people with these qualities now days I will recommend him a 100% you will not be disappointed
The pump on my front-loading washing machine wasn't working. Kevin showed me how to clean out the pump and drain area, which was a simple fix. In addition, the door needed replacing (cracked in a few places.) We discussed the expense of replacing the door (very high!) vs. the cost of new machine and I ultimately decided it was time to buy a new one. Kevin provided advice on the brand to buy (he recommends LG) and how to maintain it. All-in-all, great service and great advice. I'd definitely have him come back. He does ask for payment for the service call in advance.
