Mike responded to my phone message quickly and diagnosed my dryer’s problem over the phone. He came when he said he would and replaced the failed part in no time. Will definitely be the first person I call for service in the future!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! There are not many people like Mike left in this world.After spending hours Googling, taking apart and trying to fix our gas Speed Queen dryer we gave up and I called A to Z Appliance Repair. I left a message on Saturday around 1:30pm. Not expecting a call back until Monday. Mike called us back within an hour. After some trouble shooting and pictures sent via text, Mike literally fixed our problem over the phone!! It ended up being a stuck dial that required a little WD 40!!
