“I don't write many google reviews, but wanted to write about how pleased I am with the Schenectady All Metro agency. I am the family advocate for my brain injured brother, Bob, who has round the clock aides (when not in program). He has two wonderful aides that smile and listen and laugh with him and he genuinely enjoys being with them. They really look out for him and improve the quality of his life tremendously. Over the years Bob has had an aide here and there that he didn't feel comfortable with. Every time that I have contacted the agency about such a matter, they have listened to me and made changes very quickly. I am so grateful to them for being so understanding and for helping my brother to live a happier life. We had used another agency before All Metro, that had a lot of staffing problems. My brother would literally be brought to my door by taxi when an aide would not show up. That has never happened with All Metro. I have met a lot of the staff over the years (at team meetings for my brother, like the director, nurse, social workers) and have talked with a lot of the coordinators on the phone and I haven't met one that seemed uncaring or unconcerned w/my brother's welfare and well-being. I would highly recommend Schenectady All Metro!
