The company is honest and outshine everyone in customer service and pricing. After installing a new AC with a quick installation and a top brand, they follow up. When a different company said a repair would cost over $5000, Aircon looked at the system first and within 15 minutes had the AC running again with no issues. They chose to be honest instead of selling a whole new system. Customers will keep using them from now on.
Highly recommend this team! We recently had our HVAC system replaced, and Marc was incredibly clear about the costs and the overall process. The entire team was professional and efficient from start to finish. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up the job site and hauled away the old system.
Other place quoted us thousands for work we didn’t need. Aircon came in much lower and only for work that’s needed and even that they informed me of all options. Was punctual and polite. Would highly recommend.
Marc was amazing. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he was doing step by step, and provided solutions proactively to make sure the issue did not happen again. He was professional and courteous. I would have liked more pricing options for potential solutions, but the service was relatively affordable. I would definitely work with Marc and his team again.
