88 Maple Ave, Smithtown“I just spoke with Rachel, and this was the most helpful, informational, and comforting consultation I have ever had. Rachel was honest and caring while sharing a bunch of options with me to ensure I receive the best care possible for my individual needs. The call left me feeling validated and confident in my future actions regarding my pelvic floor. If you are questioning whether or not this is the practice for you, you absolutely should call and actually be heard by a professional that cares, so worth it!“

1 Terry St Suite 3, Patchogue“Over the past several years I have been in and out of PT, I had previously gone to another PT office and my issues were never fully addressed. My PCP most recently recommended Premier Pt of LI and it has made a tremendous difference in my mobility. I can walk without any pain! I have not been able to do that in years!! They also offer nutrition counseling by a Dietitian- Heather. She was fantastic, helped me optimize my diet to improve my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I also lost 30 lb in the process! I feel great and highly recommend!!“

Cindi made me feel very comfortable and confident from day one that she could help me regain pelvic floor strength that had diminished with age and childbirth. Should you need a physical therapist I highly recommend you give Cindi’s office a call!“

126 E Main St #2, East Islip“Great place for PT. Had to get a large tumor removed from the inside of the head of my shoulder. Surgeon had to add a plate and 9 screws to hold it together. Upon starting, I only had 30-40% ROM in that arm. Within 2 months of PT I have my ROM back and feel great. The staff there are great. Matt and Chris are very knowledgeable and work with you at your own pace. Lisa on the front end was always pleasant and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be going back should I need PT in the future.“

My therapist took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment plan, and adjust it as needed to ensure the best results. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a calm, encouraging atmosphere that makes each visit something to look forward to.
Thanks to their expert care and support, I’ve made tremendous progress and feel stronger and more confident than I have in months. I’m truly grateful for the team at Island Shore and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.“

At first I was very overwhelmed with my situation, but felt confident and reassured after seeing results Dr Patel's approach to my recovery did in a very short while and I am confident of achieving full recovery.
I am grateful for the time he took to explain my issues and his plan for my recovery, and for the time he took to teach me the exercises to do at home and identifying the pressure points I needed to massage to release the pressure that was built up in my damaged nerves.
The place is very well laid out with top quality equipment and is very clean.
I highly reccomend Dr Patel and United Rehab Hands on Physical Therapy. He also treats my sister who recommended Dr Patel to me, and his wife Kenjal Patel does in home physical therapy for my 86 yr old mother. We are one happy and grateful family.
We wish them continued success.“

157 N Ocean Ave #1, Patchogue“Dr. Cat is physical therapy magic! I have two herniated discs that are creating insane nerve pain in my leg and require surgery, and my sessions with her get me through the week. I was previously seeing a physical therapy that only did heat, stim, and one stretch - I ended up in the emergency room when my pain wasn't taken seriously. Cat is hands on (I live for her massage) and she LISTENS. And sweet Lordy, she is so knowledgeable! From anatomy to procedures to strength training - I feel so confident that I'm getting the best possible therapy. Even after my surgery when I'm back to 100%, I plan to continue sessions with her to help build strength and endurance. I am a client for life. You should be, too.“

My physical therapist Morgan, is so knowledgeable, supportive, sensitive and excellent at explaining things. Her expertise is evident and that builds confidence in the process. The aids and staff are also fantastic and keep a positive, supportive vibe that I deeply appreciate.
