I had a therapeutic experience working with Rachel— she takes a hollistic approach to working with her clients. She not only tailors an exercise program to meet your needs, she gives practical tips of how to fit the exercises in during your busy day. She is incredibly knowledgeable yet down to Earth. Meeting her at the Victorian house that she rents from the Gaia Midwives was restorative in itself— so clean, cozy and beautiful. Even just her tips on making some subtle posture adjustments alleviated built up tension right away. Rachel helps postpartum moms counter a lot of faulty advice about exercising that the medical system puts out. I highly recommend her services.

Rachel is extremely professional, warm, and helpful with pelvic floor therapy. I've gone to her after each of my kids births to make sure in rebuilding my pelvic floor well. She makes you feel very comfortable and has an easy to follow app for exercises to keep up on. I definitely recommend her!
