Absolutely amazing job and customer service!! The salon itself could use a big updating and I would think this is a priority in the very near future. I rated on performance only. If I factored in the aesthetics of the environment, they would receive a 3.5.
Alyssa is the best! I came to her for extensions with hair that had been greatly damaged/broken off by bleach. She helped me get back to "normal" while my hair grows out. She has also squeezed me in a few times when I accidentally detached my extension, oops! Extensions were a big splurge for me. I never felt pressure to be upsold or purchase anything I didn't need/couldn't afford and I so appreciate that. xo
I was in Saratoga recently and stopped into LUXE on a whim for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Busy as they were, they welcomed me in and invited me back at 11 a.m. for the services I wanted. I had a great experience and am grateful for it .
