KPM Restoration
“KPM responded immediately after I had water damage to my home from winter ice dams. Project managers Dave and Dan were transparent, kept me informed, and easy to communicate with during the mitigation and rebuild phases. The workers were very respectful of my home and did an excellent job. Special thanks to Red who was a consistent presence during our rebuild, very attentive to our feedback, and did quality work. My home was restored to it's predamage condition. I highly recommend trusting KPM with your restoration project!”
Excelsior Restoration Services
“First off, the owner, Jim, came up into the mountains for a FREE estimate and was perfectly on time for a hard to reach location.
The quote was very competitively priced for a mold remediation job and then, when the project took a turn and ended up being considerably more intricate and time consuming for his team, Jim kept his initial price despite it taking 3x longer than anticipated. He is a man of his word and his team did solid work in less than ideal conditions.
When I called about a separate issue months later, Jim answered the call and allowed me to use some of his equipment to dry out my crawlspace since he knew that i had exhausted my budget and he had other jobs to tend to. Who does that? Jim @ Excelsior does. Above and beyond. Highly recommend Excelsior”
