“Kpm restoration came in and took control over a situation where we couldn’t open unless they came over and fix the water damage. Jamie Kennedy was amazing”
“We had a great experience with Excelsior Restoration Services for mold remediation in my grandfather’s basement. Jim was excellent to work with, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
He took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what we needed to do, and what we could expect every step of the way. We really appreciated how responsive and detail-oriented he was throughout the project.
What stood out most was Jim’s commitment to making sure everything was done right. He made sure the basement was left spotless and that the final results met both our expectations and the inspection standards. That level of care and accountability gave us a lot of peace of mind.
I would highly recommend Excelsior Restoration Services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.”
