James was easy to work with and professional, most importantly he was honest! He responded quickly to my initial outreach and showed up the next business day, right on time. He evaluated a water stain on the ceiling and took the time to explain the issue, putting a simple fix in place in our attic. James could have exaggerated the issue or tried to upsell us but he didn’t. We couldn’t be happier with his service, and will certainly use Excelsior in the future if needed!
Excelsior Restoration Services response was incredibly fast, Jim was at my house in leas than 48 hours. I had a roof leak that I thought created a significant mold problem and my expectation was that I would need substantial mold remediation.
