“Just another happy customer giving a shout out to Kris! He was easy to get in touch with, clear about pricing, and quick to schedule me for next day. He came out on a Sunday to catch a raccoon hiding in our roof using video surveillance and a food baited trap. He returned Monday (Columbus Day) to pick up the critter and patch the hole with sheet metal for temporary security until the roofer came. Kris was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional as the other reviews have stated, while also doing a thorough job. He kept me in the loop throughout the process by sharing video footage of the animal activity and informed me that the wildlife is released at bear mountain. Brian at Thoroughspect reached out to us right away. He set forth a plan to assess our 95-year-old house, checking all the vulnerable areas from attic to basement. “We called Select Exterminating when we had a huge cockroach control problem and needed a residential pest control company fast. Select came out the same day and we felt better immediately. These days it's rare to come across a roach in our house - and that's just how we like it! Since that first phone call, we have called this pest control company whenever we have any kind of bug, insect or termite control problem and they treat us like we are their most valued client! We needed a bed bug inspection last summer and it turned out worse than we suspected. Thank goodness for this company, they took care of the bed bug control before the problem could get any worse! Another time there was a bee hive in the vacant house down the street. Select took care of the bee removal and stopped the bees terrorizing our neighborhood. Since I opened my new office, I have been using them for commercial pest control services too. They are doing a great job cause I haven't seen any signs of any pests yet!“

“Such great service! We had an ant issue and Vin was all over it. He came quickly observed the entire perimeter and interior of the house and explained exactly how he would be applying the repellent. My main worry was for our pets but Vin took great care in explaining what he would be using and that it would not be harmful to our pets. He also took great time in explaining his use of environmentally safe pesticides when needed . Because he guarantees his work, he even followed up a month later to ensure all the little crawlers were not back. I will be recommending him to everyone i know.“

“Paul C was so easy to connect with unlike other companies I reached out to. He understood the urgency, and treated me with professionalism. Given my reference to a local Facebook group, he offered an annual program, which we turned down, but was quite comprehensive, competitive, and appealing. For our needs, we spent a one-time $250 to address a wasp nest issue we had in our bushes and grass. We followed up with a complimentary (regularly $75) mosquito treatment, which definitely helped for about 2-3 weeks (as they predicted). Paul was so easy to communicate with, and Hank, who did the treatments, was helpful and thorough. We'll definitely use them again if we need the service!“

“I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good!
