I am SOOOO HAPPY that Vinnie at Waterline was recommended to us! We have had an ongoing problem with our hot water heater that NO ONE has ever been able to figure out! Believe me when I say we have had a lot of others come through to take a look, who then just wanted to sell us a new water heater. Vinnie was so careful and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue, and it paid off BIG TIME for us-It is just AMAZING to finally have this figured out! They are by far, hands down, the best plumbing service in Westchester, NY. Vinnie, the owner, is always responsive, honest and always gets the job done perfectly! What I love about Vinnie is that he will not sell you a hot water heater if you don't need it! The company are experts in their craft and approach plumbing repair and install work as though it were their own house! I don't use anyone else!
