The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they took the time to explain the entire process to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the quality of their service and their customers.

I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

I’ll update this review once I receive the dress back from the preservation phase.“

“I find the place extremely clean abd tidy. Plenty of machines, so there is no waiting. The staff is very helpful and more so helping elderly to lift. I've been to others in the area, but this one is the best I think in the area. Only downside is it closes early, but hey they have a life too.“

“I purchased a mom of the groom gown last minute for my son’s wedding and I wanted to alter it to a mermaid fit …tons of beading and tuul was not a problem ..the seamstress was amazing!!!!! I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!! The kindness and patience shown to me was above and beyond ..not to mention the cost was very reasonable !
