We had the most amazing experience with Quick Response. After a sewer backup into our finished basement we spent the first 24 hours contacting other companies, waiting to hear back, and trying to get a team available who could start remediation. After a call to Quick Response we had a team at our house in less than 2 hours and instead of making us wait and jump through hoops they started work immediately. Even though it was the end of a typical work day, Carmen and Eduardo spent hours tearing out carpet and setting up fans so we could rest assured that the house would be safe for our family. They were calm and professional and a bright spot in the chaos. Highly recommend!
I have been most fortunate to not need their services but if I did I would definitely call these guys. They invest in their community and give back in ways that mean a lot to people. The barbecue they put on yesterday for the first responders was an awesome time. I felt like I was at a family cook out. The best part was the limbo contest because who even does that anymore?!? The band, food, atmosphere, and even the porta potties everything was perfect. Thank you for a great time and all you do for the community!
