“When my dad passed we went to Branch for his services. The establishment is just beautiful and comforting. John Sat with us it was very patient, comforting, and gave us wonderful advice. The staff was impeccably kind. A few months ago my mom passed again. We went to the branch and was treated with the same kindness and respect as we were when we were there for my dad. “I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the staff at Moloney’s Funeral Home in Port Jefferson Station for the compassion and support they showed my family during my father’s passing a few days ago.

After my father passed away at 2:00 AM at Quantum Rehab facility, I immediately called the Moloney’s funeral home for guidance. Karen Gifford answered the phone, offered her heartfelt condolences, and calmly reassured me that they would take care of everything. She arranged for my father to be brought from the rehab facility to the funeral home, which brought great comfort during such a difficult moment.

Over the next few days, Karen, Blase Whittington Donna DeMarco and Father Mickey Bancroft treated my family with incredible kindness and understanding. Planning a service and making arrangements—especially choosing a casket and other details—was very emotional. Karen handled every step with patience and sensitivity. She never pressured us into upgrades or unnecessary purchases, and she made sure we felt supported rather than overwhelmed.

Throughout the process, Karen and her staff didn’t feel like just professionals helping us—they felt like part of our family during one of the hardest times of our lives.

My father was a proud Navy veteran, and Karen also took the time to contact the VA to ensure he would be buried with the military honors he deserved. That meant so much to us and was a beautiful tribute to his service.

“Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Coram is a wonderful place & I know my mother is truly resting peacefully. Along with my grandma, grandpa and great grandma. My family & I felt compelled to acknowledge how wonderful Janelle has been throughout the entire planning process. Unexpected, sudden & a nightmare 2 days before Christmas, Janelle, sat patiently with us while articulating the planning process for a grave plot. She was patient and answered many of the same questions several times with such compassion. We already knew my grandparents were laid to rest here but after our meeting with Janelle, we felt confident my mom was laying to rest where she should. Fast forward a few weeks following the burial, my dad and I arrived for an appointment to purchase the flat bronze marker. We were blessed to have Janelle again that day, yet again she was patient, empathic and informative - it was meant to be. We had mentioned we may not be able to attend the mass offered the month following interment honoring my mom along with other deceased from December 2025. Janelle remembered that small piece of information & took the time to e-mail me the program featuring my mom's name, unprompted. That was so thoughtful. Thankfully, my dad & I were able to attend the mass, it was beautiful and highly recommended to those who lay their loved ones to rest. We are forever grateful to have had Janelle during this difficult time in planning.“
