I chose this rating because I ended up with a $79 bill for my nails (shown below), which felt excessive for the amount of work done. I only had the design on two fingers on each hand, and the marble design didn’t even match the picture I showed. To my surprise, I was charged more than I expected.
First, Sunny was late opening the salon and starting. Throughout the appointment, there was a lack of communication. Sunny barely spoke, and only answered the questions they wanted to. Sunny also stopped a couple of times to answer phone calls which contributed to this experience. I felt unsure about what was going on, especially since the cost of the dip powder was never discussed beforehand. I didn’t want gel, but we never confirmed the dip powder price, which would have been important to know before starting.
When started the day of the appointment, I was quoted $35 and $25 for the design, for a total of $60. I confirmed the price when I returned and was told the same thing. However, when they added two acrylic nails to even out my nails, I was told it would be an additional $4, which I was fine with.
A week before my appointment, I showed Sunny, the owner, the design I wanted, and was given the same pricing information. But the issue arose when it wasn’t clear from the beginning that the dip powder was a separate cost. If Sunny had communicated that upfront, it would have given me a choice, and I wouldn’t have felt misled.
Overall, this lack of transparency left me frustrated and confused. I won't be returning because of the unclear pricing and lack of clear communication.

I have been going for a little of a year and I am always happy with my nails. I love my nail tech Mark, he does the best nail art.

My service felt very rushed. I got a gel x manicure and pedicure. After only 2 days 2 of my nails broke completely off, please keep in mind I work a desk job. The first one that broke was my thumb which you would think is the sturdiest and it was while I was opening a donut box. Would not recommend.

Tried this salon for the first time about 2 weeks ago but I’m really bummed by the quality of my manicure :( I got SNS powder and they started cracking after only 3 days. I also had an appt but waited about an hour to be serviced.

Baby, I been going to this place for about 2 yrs now. I have no complaints,. I've had a set done, by Sunny, Bai, Katie, (a gentleman idk his name) , and a gel pedicure by ( Carrie s/p). I left satisfied 99.8% of the time. Bai I notice is more detail oriented. Katie will give you a massage that will have you questioning where you are for a few seconds lol . Overall A+. I'll be going back again and again and again. Period
