Clean office. Efficient upon arrival, quick survey, photos are taken and then you're taken back to the room to discuss a plan. It's a tight squeeze in them rooms (having to squeeze my little size 6's into the chair for the door to open lol).
Nurse was extremely pleasant and had a beautiful smile, would definitely be back.

I’ve been feeling like my skin has looked dull and tired lately and Karina really listened to my concerns instead of immediately trying to push a bunch of treatments on me. She took time to ask about my skincare routine, and what I want to ultimately want to achieve with my skin.

What I appreciated most was how honest she was and already knew what my skin needed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and suggested to start off by improving my skin quality and hydration rather than jumping straight into more invasive treatments.

Elena is a very classy and professional woman, and she made the entire appointment feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My main focus was extractions, and she handled them very carefully while making sure the process was as gentle and pleasant as possible.

Overall the experience was extremely nice, and I left feeling very happy with the treatment. Elena will recommend what she believes could be good for your skin in the future, but she definitely does not push any treatments onto you, which I really appreciated. The waiting area is cozy and contains refreshments. My face looks and feels so refreshing afterwards. There are several Skincare Products for sale here as well. This is a place that will see me once or twice a year as long as I live in New York.“
