I was attended by Xiomara who seemed very careless and uninterested when doing my nails. The length of my nails differed from one another and she left my index finger with a visible object stuck in the nail. She is great and has so much experience, but that day she left me extremely disappointed.“

I have one of their membership programs (which is an amazing deal for what the package includes!), and Orly customizes my treatments based on any new concerns I may have and what she observes my skin needs.
