I am so pleased with Melinda’s service. I was very attached to my old frames & verbally upset when I found out that insurance would not allow me to replace the lenses & keep old frames. After I settled with this fact & began trying on new frames, she took the time to scout out frames that were in the back. She found a pair that I liked even better than the old ones! I picked them up today & they fit like a glove. Also, boy did I need these…life is now magnified in 4K Ultra! Melinda has been kind, considerate, patient, informative, & upbeat through this process and I really appreciate that. Thank you!💕 ✨👓✨💕
I've seen Dr. Reali for many years, and have been very happy with her. But owners Melinda and Henry have raised the bar. They are both so personable and nice! The office is well run, and service to their patients is their priority.
