I’ve been going here for about 6 years now. Not sure why everyone rates them poorly. They’re always professional and prompt. Pricing is fine. Dr is good.I heard a couple grumbling people - but their expectations were unreasonable or unfeasible (like trying to use an rx from years ago). The staff treated all the folks that came in with respect and professionalism. They’re very friendly folks. I recommend them all the time.

This company has a very low * for good reason. Very impersonal. Companies need to do away with the automated answering services. When customers call, they want to speak to a person. I mean a real live person. I don't want to waste my time picking choices that ramble on about things I didn't want to know.Pitiful.

From beginning to end it was a great experience. The first associate did a series of test to check my eyesight. It was professional and very well done. The doctor was patient and did a great job. Been getting my glasses from Empire Visionworks for years now. Henry Gatson
