The entire staff were great! When I called to get my sick pup in...they got him in very quickly...the receptionist to the veterinarian...we saw Dr. Chris...were professional and personable...they really cared about my pup...I highly recommend them!!
I brought my snake in for urgent care as she hadn’t improved since rescuing her. She has retained eye caps, belly burns, weight/muscle loss, dehydration, and persistent refusal to eat. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Coombs and her team were very knowledgeable and took great care of her! I was happy that the first layer of retained eye caps came off despite them being so stuck on… she already looks so much better! They prescribed her eye drops, syringe feeding, dewormer, and warm soaks. I felt confident leaving with the medications and how to administer them going forward.
Traveling through the area in our RV with 2 senior dogs. One developed a bit of a tummy issue and needed an urgent visit to keep him from declining and hopefully keep our trip on track. They got him in that morning, very nice and knowledgeable. Ran only necessary additional tests since our pup had seen a different vet 2 days prior. Ensured he was good to proceed with some additional medication and probiotics to ensure he was comfortable. Issues resolved within 24 hours and he’s thriving!
