I've been to this location several times, never had to wait more than an hour to be seen and always gotten the care I needed. Don't let bad reviews scare you off. It's an urgent care, they are limited in what they can do but the Drs I've seen here have shown a lot of concern and care.
Try somewhere else if you can for anything besides basics. They don't seem to have enough access to doctors, so you may well wait ages and then get someone who has only a vague idea. Reviews seem to be pretty clear that the doctors here are fine but it's a gamble.
I had an excellent experience at this urgent care, and I want to specifically recognize Dr. Bruce Thompson.
I came in with concerning cardiac symptoms. Dr. Thompson was calm, thorough, and incredibly kind from the moment he walked in. He listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. His bedside manner was exceptional — reassuring without minimizing what I was experiencing.
He promptly ordered appropriate testing, recognized that my ECG changes warranted further evaluation, and personally coordinated my transfer to the ER to make sure nothing was missed. It was clear he was focused...read full review
