I would like to give a sincere thank you to Jenny at the Brighton office who just happened to be in the office after closing and saw a message, listened to it and immediately called me. I had been trying for 4 days to get information on my contract lenses and pricing but was getting bounced between 2 offices. She gave me all the details I needed and I just wanted to say thank you to her!! I work in the customer service industry and to go out of her way when she could have been going home is a testimony to a caring employee.
Brought my eyewear back in for a tune-up, and the eye-care professional who took care of me was proficient, kind, and best of all, made my glasses seem new again. She is marvelous!
