The gym is especially quiet and relaxed early in the morning, with plenty of equipment available beyond the basics. However, some members have expressed disappointment with recent changes, such as the closure of pools, which might influence their decision to stay. Overall, Esporta Fitness remains a friendly and well-equipped gym for members seeking a good workout experience.
I would like to thank the following two employees at this Irondequoit location. Ron and Cheyenne. I was trying yesterday to enroll with the fit on health with no success late in the day. After getting help from Excellus I was able to get a fitness ID number and then get partly signed up with Ron's help over the phone. This was the last day of the month so I didn't want to have to miss using the gym for February. Went there this morning and with the help of a very nice young lady named Cheyenne I was able to finish the process.

I am in town for a few days to take care of my pops. I went in the gym to see about a guest pass and met with Justin. He was able to offer me a pass for my time in Rochester so I can continue on my fitness journey while being back home to take care of my pops. He is a class act through and through. I'm an early morning gym person. At 7am, it is very mellow and people are chill. Staff has been good and the place has the equipment I need. They have more than just the basic equipment. I like how everything is set up.
