Chris is an outstanding personal trainer that brings his years of experience and professionalism to every session. He caters to each clients’ personal needs and is dedicated to their success. I came to Wergo fitness after a back injury where I had nerve damage that made it difficult to walk around, let alone exercise. Chris knew exactly how to get me going again and after just a few sessions had me walking more normal than I had been in over a year. Getting back into working out was easy with Chris and I have already lost around 10 lbs since becoming a client. I highly recommend this service, you will not be disappointed.
