Made an appointment to have a key fob programed. ( for one week after i called) He said it would be 150. Showed up 3 hours after saying he was on the way. I already had the fob but not a key. Wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL 150.00 for the key that didn't even fit the fob!!!!! Left my car a MESS!!! Everything was pulled out of the glove box, and both consoles. Also the drivers door was left open and the car was running. At least he told me the car was running as he pulled out of the driveway. He didn't bother confirm to me, or show the fob was functional before he left. Thankfully it was however, the whole thing was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!
