Highland L&D exceeded our expectations. We were just there for 5 days. All of the staff there was so exceptional. I can't remember the names of everyone because I met so many people but Marta, Michelle, Elizabeth were 3 I can remember who were absolutely amazing on the L&D side. All of the doctors and nurses who helped during delivery were wonderful.
Jessie and Hannah on the postpartum side. I mean every single person who came to us not only asked us what we needed but offered things we might want as well. It was really incredible and you should be so proud of all the amazing staff you have there. Love Regan, Jack and baby Eloise.
Our father was at Highland ER last night & I just want to thank them for everything. Jamie & the other young man were excellent. We also want to thank Dr Wolf. Great people with big hearts. Our Dad was very pleased

A warning for emergencies. They are severely understaffed with only a single doctor doing the rounds. Prepare for a 3 hour wait and possibly needing to do your labs while in the waiting room. I wish there were better options or more doctors available but there aren't. Plenty of nursing staff though. And the main hospital seems okay, not the emergency room does not get you in quickly at all. People will probably die waiting for a doctor... Gotta love medicine in the USA.
Also this is the oddest check in ever. You sit in a chair squeezed between two windows. It's so awkward. Who designed this building?!
