The staff are all friendly and very helpful. My only issue is the horrendous parking and the wait times. I think they overbook all the time. I have waited as much as four hours in the waiting room

Dr. Ingalls is awesome! My eye doctor retired and recommend Dr. Ingalls. I waa having issues with my contacts and due to her smarts, patience and some creativity, I think she figured everything out! She is the contact lens guru!

After some intense physical exertion I got hundreds of floaters in my right eye. I came in a week and six hours before a previously scheduled appointment. They took me in right away and it could not have gone better. Perhaps this is why some of the others reviewers had to wait. Because they care too much. Sorry for cutting the line everyone else on Thursday August 14th at 8 am. Thank you Dr. Cox, Etienne, and the woman at the 1st floor reception for getting me in.
