This included working with our building architect and obtaining all construction permits and insurance materials and licenses required for work. The renovation started with a total demolition of the existing bathroom. The new bathroom was constructed layer by layer with particular attention to all NYC codes and best practices. The scheduling of various tradespeople was handled very well, resulting in very little downtime. There were no surprises as the plan was very comprehensive.
