This included working with our building architect and obtaining all construction permits and insurance materials and licenses required for work. The renovation started with a total demolition of the existing bathroom. The new bathroom was constructed layer by layer with particular attention to all NYC codes and best practices. The scheduling of various tradespeople was handled very well, resulting in very little downtime. There were no surprises as the plan was very comprehensive. Interior Design provided helpful guidance on both construction details and decoration choices. The new bathroom is not only well built, it looks great as well. I highly recommend this company for this type of work.“

“I had a shower booth leak 4 1/2 years ago and Jonathan and his crews did an excellent job. They are professional, fare and punctual. They did follow up in timely manner after the job was done. Their fees are reasonable for what they do.(They are not cheap, but worth every penny for the quality of workmanship they provide.) I hired them for building my wine cellar later, which I am very satisfied as well. I am happy that I know a reliable contractor.“

“I called greentree and worked with Peter to come out and check my roof.
The company sent out their roofer to give it a look and give me a quote. The next day the roofer took me on the roof to show me all my defects that I knew were there and need to be addressed.
My roof needed replacement due to nails ripping through the shingle. 9 out of ten times means replace. I had the quote that night which was my 3 rd quote that came in way under the others price. I told them great let's do it on a Monday by Friday they started the work and Saturday I had a new beautiful roof. I am so amazed how fast and hard roofers work and how great they cleaned up. That had to be the fastest process and most swift process I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company.“
