Smart General Contracting Corp renovated the parking lot and rebuilt the wall with concrete. Ahmad is a very honest and responsible guy. We are very grateful for his services. He gave us a free estimate, answered our texts and phone calls promptly. His team always came on time. We would hire them again for the great service that he provides.
Ahmad solved my bad rain leak and I could not be more grateful. I had a really bad leak every time it rained, which these days in NY is worse and worse. Three different contractors said it was an upstairs neighbor's balcony but even after that was repaired by someone else, the leak was still there. Ahmad examined everything and found the most likely water entry point that no one else had suggested. He was very straightforward, gave a few different recommendations and ultimately repaired and pointed the brick facade and lintel for a reasonable cost as well. Highly recommend.
Need to patch up a long section of ceiling that had been torn open when we replaced our boiler exhaust pipes. They worked diligently and efficiently, made minimal mess, and were highly professional. Definitely recommend!
