All the workers performed amazing work, skilled, respectful, answered any questions posed. I was told 2 says to do the amount of work qouted and all work was in fact completed in 2 days. I would recommend Smart to anyone that require this type of service. Also, Mr. Ahmed is a very nice, competent and respectful.

Smart General Contracting completed an 8 flag concrete sidewalk replacement in front of our home in Park Slope, Brooklyn. This was required for home insurance renewal. Permits from NYC are required and the contractor must be licensed by NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP). Smart General, as I verified on the DCWP website, is in fact fully licensed. Further, they obtained the permit from NYC Dept. of Transportation within 72 hours!
