Previous review: 03-30-2024: I have returned, and for another repair my brothers have done an excellent job, at a great price, especially noting that I decided to bring my own parts for which they’ve only charged me for the labor.

“Anyone can say that they run an honest business, but the employees at Fix And GO show it! I brought my phone in with extremely extensive damage. Youssef gave me the free diagnostic test and discovered that there was serious damage to certain components. He then spent days ordering parts and attempting a difficult fix, and when things didn't work out (not his fault, but due to the damage of the phone), he refused to accept any payment for days of work. The whole time, he answered my phone calls and even showed me the workings of my phone to explain what he was doing. These are the honest people that you want working on your precious devices. I will definitely go back to Fix and GO if need help with my phone again!

“So I’ve been contemplating fixing my sons since I felt like anywhere I went would over charge me. One day walking on 5th I see this tech store and was like screw it it doesn’t hurt to ask how much it would cost so I did. Alex welcomed me like if I knew this man my whole life. Made me feel welcomed talked to me about the process and how much he would charge. The man even offered to meet me all the way in the poconos where I live to pick up or drop off the iPad. I felt like I was family some how and I only just met this man.
