“We moved to Queensbury 10 years ago, a co-worker recommended Kline and Boyd. My husband and I see Dr. Chivers, she’s wonderful! She and the staff are very personable and professional. A couple weeks ago my granddaughter got a hold of my glasses which resulted in a couple of scratches in the lenses. I thought they were to old, but I took a chance and called to see if they were covered by warranty. Lisa checked and said no they weren’t. I recently changed insurance and was going to go in and check on a replacement pair. A few hours later Lisa called me back and said she took another look, saw I’d purchased high quality lenses. She called the company and they said they were covered and she ordered the replacement. She called me last week when they came in and made an appointment for the repair. Excellent service! “I went to bay optical to get an eye exam and contacts. I had an wonderful experience. The Dr was so nice and helped me with my contacts. We went through a few different brands to find a pair that would actually take to my eye. I paid out of pocket and I felt like the price was amazing. I do plan on getting glasses from them this month. Very kind staff and extremely welcoming. I had contacts for years but then switched to glasses, but do to covid I went back to contacts. The dr helped me with the contacts along with tips on how to get them in and out easier. I highly recommend bay optical.“
