My husband and I had an appt yesterday. Even though you have to book it a couple months in advance, it is worth it. Everyone there was very nice.
Jaimie Donovan helped us with picking our glasses. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was so outgoing and did not make us feel like we’re being rushed.
My daughter and I were on vacation in Lake George, 3 hours from home. The first morning she realized that she forgot her contacts at home! Luckily I had her prescription on my phone. We headed to Visionworks in Queensbury because it was the closest to us. The gentleman working the desk helped us like it was our hometown Visionworks and thankfully they had her perscription in house. Thank you sooooo much for helping us continue our vacation without having to drive home to get more contacts. You were such a lifesaver!!!!!!
I recommend visionworks to anyone who wants to experience professional, knowledgeable, personable experience with their vision needs. It was my first time visiting visionworks and it was a pleasant experience. The price was affordable as well!
