We moved to Queensbury 10 years ago, a co-worker recommended Kline and Boyd. My husband and I see Dr. Chivers, she’s wonderful! She and the staff are very personable and professional. A couple weeks ago my granddaughter got a hold of my glasses which resulted in a couple of scratches in the lenses. I thought they were to old, but I took a chance and called to see if they were covered by warranty. Lisa checked and said no they weren’t. Dr. Jin is an an excellent doctor that is caring and takes his time with your exam. My son and I both go to him and we love this office. The front desk people are nice and very efficient. There is one lady that works in the eyeglass area that fits and orders glasses she is awesome! I wish I knew her name she is a petite woman with short brown hair. This lady is is the nicest most helpful person. My son and I both had the best experiences picking out glasses with her!I highly recommend this office!LB

I have been going here for some years and have never had an issue. But I became more than impressed this last week when I brought in my 5 year old with Sensory processing disorder and anxiety for her first visit. They were incredibly patient with her and didn’t even show an ounce of frustration when we couldn’t get her to look into the machine at the balloon or when it took what seemed like an eternity to get her to sit in the chair. Dr. Chivers ended up with her after they realized they would have to do the drops to dilate and she was just incredible with my daughter. She wasn’t afraid to get it done but also showed great compassion and tenderness toward my girl....read full review
