Drs. Kline and Boyd Optometrists, PLLC has been providing exceptional optometry services and vision care products to the Glens Falls community since 2002. Their experienced eye doctors offer comprehensive vision examinations and are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions. They use advanced diagnostic technology and vision correction products to improve the quality of life of their patients through enhanced vision. The practice is highly regarded by its patients, who describe the doctors and staff as excellent, compassionate, and professional. Patients have had a wonderful experience at the clinic, praising the doctors' thoroughness, friendliness, and exceptional patient care. The practice is also known for its excellent customer service, with staff going the extra mile to ensure patients' needs are met, even when it comes to warranty claims and lens replacements.
Josh and the rest of the team (April, Sally, and crew) in the Optometry department are stellar. From helping to choose the right frame, answering questions, or helping out if there is an issue, the service is top notch. Josh is always going above and beyond. Last year he even loaned his jumper cables out to my sister who was stuck with a dead battery!
Everyone at this practice from staff at the front desk to Dr's are amazing. I can't recommend them enough! If you haven't tried them, you should.
I've been coming here for years. Since day one, I have always had an awesome experience. Many of the employees know me by name, they absolutely do not rush anything whether you're with the doctor or the optical department.
My favorite is April! Highly recommend using her- anytime I have had her adjust my glasses, she nails it the first time. Definitely my go-to.
Even when my old frames broke while being adjusted, they made it right by ordering me a new frame at no cost, texting and calling me with updates, and I was able to walk-in when the frames came arrived (without an appointment) and have them adjusted, NO HASSLE!

I need d new glasses. My eyes are constantly changing since I had a stroke. I picked them up today. They are magical!!! I can read, use my phone, and it’s like having new eyes!!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!!
