This past week I went to Silver Star urgent care and I was able to make an appointment online and submit forms. When I got there the staff were friendly and helpful. I was checked in right away. I was seen by Dr. Keshia who listened to my issues and prescribed medications which helped ease my pain. I would definitely recommend Silver Star as I had a great experience with all of the staff. Thank you!
I want to take a moment and thank the staff here for taking care of my mom. She had an accident while cooking and cut her finger pretty deep. They took care of my mom while she was there alone like family until I made it. The doctor comforted her the entire process and even cleaned her up from all the bleeding. I couldn’t be more thankful as we all wish our parents to be taken care of with love by strangers during times of need.Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to the entire team. A little kindness goes a long way!
The staffs here were fantastic. I went in here and met with NP. James and MA. Christanna they were compassionate, and knowledgeable. I rate my overall experience at this facility a 5/5. I was seen in a timely manner and all of my complaints were addressed thank you.
