This place is the worst. Expect to be seen at least 1.5 hours AFTER your scheduled appointment. EVERY time. I've been sent home before because the doctor left without seeing me. To give up hours of work and to pay a babysitter while I sit in the lobby for hours waiting to be called in is ridiculous, who can afford that?!?! Someone must teach this staff how to schedule. No one even offers an apology. It never gets any better. Maybe it's time to find a new PCP and move all my doctors elsewhere- the hassle of changing my doctors will be worth never having to come into this place again!

I have given this place over 10 chances to correct the appointment issues. I stayed because it is the closest place to me and one of the only ones in my network. I have NEVER waited so long past my appointment time. Guaranteed to wait an hour MINIMUM after your appointment time. So if you have a job like I do, plan to be there well past whatever time you think it may take. With all that said, I think the nurses and the front desk staff are certainly trying to be patient with valid complaints from frustrated patients waiting. Ok doctors. Terrible coordinators. Dr Khasidy is an excellent PCP, but the front desk is VERY unorganized. Every appointment I got at least three text messages and three phone calls from different desk workers to confirm my appointments. Every time they called/texted with a changed appointment time. Very frustrating and impossible to work with. I tried changing my appointment on their patient portal but it made no change. I tried cancelling an appointment on the portal and they still called to confirm my appointment as if I had not cancelled it. And then the wait time...
