I needed a new water heater. Tidal Plumbing sent a plumber and assistant. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets. Juan and Jake were great as they repaired a broken pipe for my grandfather! Juan was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up as he worked. My grandfather is happy with the work done (and he’s a tough critic!)! Thank for a job well done!!
When my Boiler died on Friday night, I called Tital Plumbing. Within a half hour, a service worker was here to look over my boiler problem. The Plumber said that after 45 years my Boiler died. The next day, the owner of Tidal Plumbing came and gave me 3 options. We chose a Weil McCain Boiler. Monday at 9:00am on the dot true to there word 4 plumbers arrived. 7 hours latter my house is heated again. Tidal will comeback to checkup on the boiler in a day or two to make sure the boiler is working true to form.
I can’t say enough nice things about Tidal Plumbing!
