Amazing, the navigators make it a very welcoming experience! Maritza is my favorite person to go to and Dr. Sethna is great and is very patient with me even when it is hard to put up with me lol.

I recently had my first visit to The Floating Hospital and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Jonathan the Benefits Counselor, was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding. He walked me through the registration process with ease, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The provider I saw, Dr. Heneghan, was incredibly sweet and took great care of me and my family. Her compassion and professionalism were evident throughout our visit. I highly recommend The Floating Hospital to anyone in need of excellent care and service.

Today we visited the floating hospital, a historic hospital in New York City in the Long Island City area. They have an excellent place, very clean and with very nice and friendly people willing to help you at all times from admission with the navigators, especially Luis who He was attentive and timely with his help.
