Good morning, previous days I was making several phone calls to request a document that proves my vaccines, but in those calls I did not get any response, they left me on the call and hung up on me.Today, 12/02/24, I personally go to the headquarters and am assisted by Mr. LUIS JIMÉNEZ, who is very kind and is in charge of solving my request. I been coming to TFH for over 10 yrs I love DR Isakova I love the new place I am going to miss TFH I am moving out of state but will miss them I love Maritza and Andrea they are very respectful both off them came from the old building love them and they are always there to help patients Love her new department the Navigators are awesome always helping the patients and always with a smile in the face
