Sureshot Termite & Pest Control

My parents hired Sure Shot Pest Control for mice extermination.Unfortunately,my own interventions was necessary to resolve the mice issue completely. However, the owner (Mahmood) made things right and refunded my parents money, which I appreciated.I want to share my experience to help other customers.

My advice is to place the company’s white poison baits on glue traps to easily catch and dispose dead mice,otherwise mice will be dead in unknown locations causing a horrible odors.Unfortunately, this happened to my parent’s home.

I cannot sing praises enough for our exterminator, Shahin. He has always been incredibly friendly, super helpful, and very responsive to our pest issues. Recently, when my roommates’ dog escaped our unit and I got locked out chasing him down with no phone, he went above and beyond by enlisting help from other tenants to let us use the fire escape to get back in my unit.
